Westover Scientific employees are eligible for a variety of benefits, whether they work full time or qualifying part-time schedules of at least 32 hours per week.

Retirement Benefits
·SIMPLE IRA plan – Westover Scientific matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% of an employee’s earnings.
-Employees are 100% vested in the plan upon enrollment

·Medical insurance
-Westover Scientific pays 100% of the employee’s medical insurance premium
-Includes access to an EAP program including licensed nurses and master’s level counselors through a toll-free phone number 24 hours per day

-Westover Scientific pays 100% of the employee’s dental insurance premium
·Vision insurance
-Basic vision benefits are included with the medical plan

-$20,000 in life insurance is provided to the employee when enrolled on the medical plan

-Eligible employees are able to set aside up to $2,000 pre-tax into a health care reimbursement account
